The A.J. Muste Foundation holds an annual event, the Rebel Soirée, which brings our community of activists, donors, and friends together to celebrate grassroots activism. The Muste Foundation introduced the “No Justice, No Peace!” awards at our debut Rebel Soirée in November of 2025 at the iconic Strand Bookstore in NYC. These awards acknowledge and honor groups across the nation with a grant of $15,000 for their work in progressive grassroots activism, their bold organizing strategies and ability to adapt, and their dedication to on-the-ground mobilization for a just world.
